When engaged in flight that demands aerobatics, aggressive G-onset rates, and unpredictable maneuvering, stability and engagement is most commonly lost in the core. Staying ahead of the jet, maintaining the AGSM, and ensuring overall awareness begins with ensuring core strength is where it needs to be. Making sharp 8-9 G turns at a split-seconds notice can put the most experienced pilots in uncomfortable positions. Get a partner, and practice this exercise to improve mental and physical control in adverse scenarios!
